If you tire of standing around to mingle, Swedenborg is our Lounge. Bring your drinks and your best selves and sit for as long as you please. Our fanzine-corner is located in the same room, give it a go!
Carolina and Rediviva are two identical rooms chosen as this year’s joint Dealers Room. Here, you’ll find small publishers, crafters, bookstores and authors!
Are you one of our younger visitors? Afzelius is a room set up for parents with kids in tow. We have boardgames, childrens books and material for a drawing and writing. Children should not be left unattended.
A convention can be a bit overwhelming at times, no matter how fun it is. If you need a moment to yourself, visit our quiet room Celsius. When here, respect each others need for some down-time: phones should be on silent mode and talking with others is not allowed – members come here to be left alone after all.
Hotel Gillet has some spaces for mingling that we cleverly optimized for planning and program items!
The Hub – You’ll find the registration desk here, where you can get the Con-book, the schedule, buy a convention cup and check in with lost-and-found. You’ll find the bar just off to the side.
Lancre – seating area outside of Gustavianum and the Quiet Room.
Klatch – A lounge-area in the hallway between Gillesalen and Florasalen.
Located down the corridor to the left of registration, you’ll find the wardrobe in the room Tessin.
Prior to panels and other program items, it’s recommended to gather your thoughts, discuss questions with co-panelists and get the general gist of things. Hammarsköld is the Green Room.
Just as panelists need some place to organize, so do our helpful gophers. Branting is the designated Gopher Hole, where you can plan your schedule, have a snack or take a breather.
We will also be holding a handful of program items at the public library. Turn to your left just outside the hotel entrance, and walk down the street to the crossing. Turn to your left again, and walk down St. Olofs street, for about 30 meters and you’re there!
